Derby, UK, June 19th, 2012. Optimized Systems and Solutions (OSyS) has today acquired Superstructure Group, a market-leading provider of aviation safety, quality, risk and regulatory compliance software.

Superstructure’s AQD software enables airlines, cargo companies, corporate jet and helicopter operators, armed forces and airports to collect, assess and manage risk and compliance data more effectively. They are a market leader, with over 100 customers, including some of the world’s largest airlines.

OSyS utilizes expertise in software engineering, information management and analytics, combined with extensive industry knowledge, to help companies manage their valuable assets effectively.
